I too am a teacher and am always looking for new flow sequences to introduce in my classes so my students remain challenged. Are you going to post some of them? I would love to see them!

I would love to see your sequences. I am currently working with several classes that are requesting more flow. They are seniors and have difficulty with sun salutations. Moon salutations are the current favourite. Any suggestions you have would be appreciated.
