I would love to see your sequences. I am currently working with several classes that are requesting more flow. They are seniors and have difficulty with sun salutations. Moon salutations are the current favourite. Any suggestions you have would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi Jennifer
I too am a teacher and am always looking for new flow sequences to introduce in my classes so my students remain challenged. Are you going to post some of them? I would love to see them!
Namaste

Thank you for all the recent entries! I'm happy to see that you are making changes after seeing, "An Inconvenient Truth". Just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I ride bike to work, to the store, to friend's houses, to the train station, and even to my yoga class (about 15 miles round trip). All things that I probably would have thought were "inconvenient" about a year ago. But those of us who are making these changes can all proudly say...it's NOT inconvenient. It's living life in a much more enjoyable way, in my opinion. Less time driving in a hot car and more time riding my bike in the fresh air with sunshine and I'm getting exercise too! Keep the blogs coming!!

That is really awesome. You are right to feel honoured at John's response. Teaching yoga is something I aspire to and reading something like that just spurs me on even more to acheive my goal. I'm a long way from holding my own class but I will get there. Thanks for an excellent blog!

IFer, we are all proud of you for following your dreams and living your Chataurangas on your knees. Now when you try surfing, remember that you are no longer with the office sharks but with the real ones. what a great experience for you and your future. Have a 'cha','cha' time on your pink cruiser. Peace
